Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and monitor network traffic
- Document network infrastructure changes and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment upgrades and replacements
- Train junior staff on network best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos, and network monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for WAN/LAN environments
- Valid Virginia driver's license (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in elevated spaces
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
