Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to final implementation
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to iterate on designs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Create design documentation and style guides for scalable solutions
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and polished deliverables
- Expertise in user research methodologies and interaction design principles
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
