Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop user journey maps and information architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Present design solutions and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
- Conduct accessibility audits and ensure WCAG compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for prototyping purposes)
