Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve precise business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into effective prompt strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously refine prompt effectiveness
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Research and integrate emerging AI techniques to enhance prompt performance
- Train and mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering principles
- Develop frameworks for evaluating prompt quality and ethical AI outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development
- Expertise with LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and open-source alternatives
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
