Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and proactively resolve issues
- Document network configurations, topologies, and security protocols
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network-related incidents
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on network security enhancements
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking solutions
- Conduct network capacity planning and upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or Arista networking equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
