Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Resolve network outages and escalate critical issues to senior engineers
- Document network configurations and create SOPs for team reference
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid network solutions
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) networking components
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts for critical incidents
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
