Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement and maintain VPN, DNS, DHCP, and VoIP systems
- Document network topology, IP schemas, and security protocols
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize on-premise/AWS environments
- Respond to network outages with SLA-driven incident management
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and patch management cycles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLAN design
- Proficiency with Wireshark, Nmap, and network analyzers
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS networking services
- Strong written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
