Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to 500+ federal employees via ticketing systems
- Deploy and troubleshoot Windows 11 workstations, Microsoft 365, and Cisco network devices
- Execute system patches, backups, and security protocols under supervision
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects (Azure/AWS)
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month) after training
Qualifications
- High school diploma with A+ certification or equivalent coursework
- Proficient in Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware installation tasks
- CompTIA Security+ or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- US citizenship required for government clearance
