As a Network Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of our local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN). You will work closely with the IT team to ensure system stability, security, and optimal performance for our growing client base.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Perform regular network audits and maintenance to ensure system security and reliability.
- Respond to and resolve network connectivity issues reported by end-users in a timely manner.
- Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage hardware upgrades and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching protocols, and subnetting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move networking equipment (up to 50 lbs).
