Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures brand consistency.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders to secure buy-in.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality user-centric designs.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design iterations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
