Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems for enterprise clients
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure using diagnostic tools
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security audits
- Participate in cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Complete weekly training modules and certification prep
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
- Availability for weekday training (9am-5pm)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
