Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across company systems
- Document technical issues and solutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex network infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekly training sessions covering security protocols and best practices
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/Mac OS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
