Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems for enterprise clients
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Document IT processes using ticketing systems (Jira/Servicenow)
- Participate in network security monitoring and incident response
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Conduct user training sessions for new technologies
- Assist with disaster recovery testing and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Experience with helpdesk tools preferred
