Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Assist with network administration tasks including basic troubleshooting
- Document all IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
- Complete industry certification training (CompTIA A+, Network+)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
