Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and network monitoring systems
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy network solutions
- Perform network upgrades and system patching using company-provided equipment
- Provide technical support to end-users via ticketing system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification required
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for wired and wireless networks
- Familiarity with network security protocols (VPN, firewalls)
- Ability to lift and install network equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid Oregon driver's license for equipment transport
- Experience with cloud networking solutions preferred
