Responsibilities
- Assist users with hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage network devices (routers, switches, access points) under supervision
- Document incidents and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Adhere to ITIL best practices for service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot logical problems systematically
