Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and peripherals
- Assist users with operating systems (Windows/macOS), productivity software, and security protocols
- Document incident tickets, resolutions, and system configurations in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting and system upgrades
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance IT infrastructure
- Complete weekly training modules and certification prep (CompTIA A+, Network+)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in IT preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
