Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues and system errors.
- Manage and maintain accurate IT asset inventories and documentation.
- Respond to and track helpdesk tickets within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Conduct routine system checks and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to pursue industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
