Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate regular reports and executive summaries that translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
