Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for large language models to achieve specific business outcomes
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for diverse applications including customer service automation and content generation
- Collaborate with data scientists to align prompt strategies with model training objectives
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations to refine AI response quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve prompt-related issues in production environments
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and techniques through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience with prompt engineering or NLP model interaction
- Proficiency with Python and API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in testing and optimization methodologies
