Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 1/2 support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for knowledge base
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on cloud migration projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years helpdesk/IT support experience preferred
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- CompTIA Security+ certification within 90 days of hire
- Valid Florida driver's license for client site visits
