Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Participate in agile sprint planning and release ceremonies
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Perform regression testing and smoke testing on new releases
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and test automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of SQL for database testing
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- ISTQB or similar certification preferred
