- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Design, implement, and maintain robust test plans and test scenarios
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing for new releases
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics dashboard
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience in software development
- Expertise in manual testing methodologies and defect management tools
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
