Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools and provided equipment
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response plans and coordinate breach mitigation
- Implement and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption protocols
- Document security policies and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with IT teams on security architecture improvements
- Provide security awareness training to staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity or IT security operations
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Knowledge of NIST frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in network security tools and protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
