Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 desktop support for 200+ users including OS troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations using SCCM
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Monitor and respond to service desk tickets via ServiceNow platform
- Assist with network infrastructure projects including switch/router maintenance
- Participate in quarterly disaster recovery simulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows OS and TCP/IP networking
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting methodology and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server room environments
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
