Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person for internal users
- Document technical issues, solutions, and inventory in IT service management systems
- Participate in network monitoring, security patching, and system updates
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting and infrastructure projects
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and process improvement initiatives
- Complete weekly training modules and certification preparation materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn IT fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
