Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Document all IT procedures and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and incident response drills
- Deliver exceptional customer service with SLA adherence
- Complete vendor certification training (CompTIA A+/Network+)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in IT preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server room environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Pass background check and drug screening
