Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing systems.
- Manage and configure workstations, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure security and stability.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software across the organization.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Document all support interactions and create knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Experience with Active Directory and MDM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
