Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain company devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile endpoints, ensuring optimal performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems and applications.
- Collaborate closely with the IT infrastructure team to implement security patches, software updates, and patch management.
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, setting up workstations, accounts, and security permissions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in IT support or a Help Desk role.
- CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent experience) is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for critical system maintenance and upgrades.
