Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based security systems
- Deploy and maintain endpoint management solutions (Intune/SCCM)
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT security initiatives
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
- Support AV equipment and video conferencing systems for hybrid teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent network certification
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and SaaS applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
