Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for mobile/web financial products using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and champion design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX design experience with SaaS/financial products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design skills
- Expertise in user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience working in agile development environments
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field
