Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across enterprise systems
- Provide Tier 1 support to internal/external clients via ticketing systems
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Assist with network monitoring, security audits, and compliance tasks
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for team knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system migrations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS administration basics
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in elevated server environments
