Responsibilities
- Architect Complex Prompts: Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, and Llama to achieve high-accuracy, context-aware outputs.
- Optimization & Iteration: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iteration cycles to improve model performance, reduce hallucinations, and enhance user engagement.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists to fine-tune models based on user feedback and specific business requirements.
- RAG Implementation: Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure our AI has access to up-to-date, accurate knowledge bases.
- Documentation & Standards: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, implementing the latest techniques in Chain-of-Thought prompting, Few-Shot learning, and agent-based systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience working with LLMs, API integrations, and natural language processing tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python scripting for automating prompt testing, data analysis, and interacting with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
- Communication: Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and rhetoric with a focus on technical writing and clarity.
- Logic & Problem Solving: Strong ability to break down complex problems and formulate logical, step-by-step instructions for AI models.
- Understanding of AI: Solid grasp of Transformer architecture basics, tokenization, and model limitations.
