Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to create 5-year strategic roadmaps

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for future tech initiatives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Document technology adoption strategies and implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching tech-forward products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong business acumen with experience in market analysis
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent designation
- Experience presenting to executive boards and venture capitalists
