- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of future concepts
- Partner with C-suite to translate strategic vision into actionable technology initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation ROI and market disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (2018-2025 validation required)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional innovation initiatives
