Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen AI/quantum/IoT solutions
- Analyze disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Create scenario-planning models for technological disruption across industries
- Present insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching tech products with 3+ year time horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business domains
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, CDIO) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight publications
