- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate next-gen solutions into existing products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Monitor competitor strategies and regulatory landscapes affecting technological innovation
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Certifications in technology management (CTM, CTO, or similar) a plus
