Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation (e.g., CFIP, CTO)
