- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate innovation cycles and technology adoption
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech strategy
- Build relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with technology lifecycle management and innovation frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism preferred
