Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum, bio-AI, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+ market positioning
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and patent landscapes to identify competitive advantages
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Establish KPIs to measure the ROI of emerging technology investments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
