- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies (minimum 10 patents/year)
- Chair quarterly futurist symposia with industry thought leaders
- Oversee commercialization of prototype technologies through agile scaling
- Guide regulatory compliance for emerging tech standards (FDA, ISO, IEEE)
- Mentor cross-generational talent in rapid innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in exponential tech domains
- Proven track record leading $100M+ transformation programs
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature/Science journals (minimum 3 papers)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Former executive at Fortune 500 tech or unicorn startup
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (STEEP, Delphi, Scenario Planning)
