Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies into product pipelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess market readiness and risk
- Experience building partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Excellent communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technology futures
