Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum algorithms, bio-digital interfaces)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions through competitive intelligence and patent landscape research
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot deployment
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
