- Lead High-Impact R&D: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms, and Edge Computing.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review architectural blueprints, and ensure adherence to best practices across all engineering squads.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proven experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Future Tech Fluency: Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, large language models (LLMs), and the ethical implications of autonomous systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract future trends into concrete technical roadmaps and product features.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
