Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA and Selenium
- Collaborate with product teams to define test scenarios and quality metrics
- Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes in iterative development cycles
- Generate detailed test reports and provide actionable insights for improvements
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) to enhance QA processes
- Maintain and expand test automation frameworks for efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in test case creation, bug tracking, and regression testing methodologies
- Familiarity with agile/scrum frameworks and continuous integration practices
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing (Chrome, Safari, iOS, Android)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodologies preferred
- Ability to self-manage tasks within flexible hour structures
