Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for mobile applications, web platforms, and connected hardware.
- Utilize the latest equipment provided by the company to test on diverse device profiles, screen sizes, and operating systems.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and hardware malfunctions with high precision using JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with the Development and Product teams to define quality standards and resolve critical issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new updates do not break existing functionalities.
- Conduct edge-case testing and usability validation to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Manual Testing.
- Experience with mobile device testing (iOS and Android) and proficiency in cross-browser testing.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman) and database querying (SQL).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documenting bugs and reporting to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
