Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 1 support for network connectivity issues and user inquiries
- Assist in network monitoring, documentation, and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects
- Participate in hands-on training sessions for Cisco/Juniper technologies
- Adhere to IT security protocols and compliance standards
- Support network upgrades and hardware replacements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA Network+ certification within 6 months
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
