Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Diagnose and resolve network outages using advanced troubleshooting tools
- Implement network security protocols and compliance standards
- Document network architecture changes and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cloud services teams for hybrid infrastructure management
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues
- Monitor network traffic and optimize bandwidth allocation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
