Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement network security protocols and monitor for vulnerabilities using tools like SolarWinds
- Resolve complex network outages with SLA-driven incident management
- Document network architecture using Visio and maintain configuration databases
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network integration projects
- Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for network resources
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or equivalent Cisco certification required
- Proficiency in SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless networking (802.11ax)
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network analyzers (Wireshark)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
