Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Develop SQL queries to extract data from relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
- Prepare clear and concise reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of data pipelines and ETL processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
